COVID-19 did not stop us. Thanks to the Hillcrest/Marlow Heights communities and other supporters who supported our efforts; we were able to achieve our fundraising goal and raised $5000 towards our Dollars for Scholars scholarship program. On December 17, 2020 we held a virtual raffle drawing--5 winners won the top prizes and another 20 recipients won door prizes. It was a great SUCCESS!!!
Bus Trip to Shopping and Gaming Location
The Hillcrest-Marlow Heights Civic Association sponsors trips to various gaming locations to generate funds for its Dollars for Scholars® Chapter and operations.
Please plan to join us on TBD as we travel to "Maryland Live" Casino and shopping at the Arundel Mills Mall. The bus will leave Hillcrest Heights Community Center at 9:30 AM and return at 5:00 PM.

Donation Campaign
We regularly generate correspondence to community residents, businesses, churches, organizations and elected officials to ask for donations in support of the scholarship awards. HMHCA Dollars for Scholars® send this correspondence throughout the year. To help HMHCA Dollars for Scholars® receive donations without sending letters and incurring the cost for stamps, we ask that you visit the "Donate Now" page at this site to make your donation. Donations generate a large portion of funds for the scholarship awards.
